YCD Studio provided design and project delivery services for Cousins Maine Lobster's San Francisco location at Pier 41, Fisherman's Wharf. The tenant improvement was executed in accordance with the franchise's established brand and design standards — industrial interiors with exposed ductwork, branded murals, and red metal chairs that bring the franchise's New England identity to one of San Francisco's most visited waterfront destinations. Permit drawings were stamped by the project's licensed architect of record.
